PowerPoint Modules

The fact sheet is a digestable, one-pager aimed at helping the trainer and trainees easily grasp the purpose and usefulness of the MERS.

This will be the trainers main guide as they navigate through the MERS training session. The PowerPoint features 6 modules across more than 60 slides and includes detailed presenter notes for confident facilitation.

Three Case Studies

MERS_CaseStudy2_Nepal_EN_Page_1.jpg
MERS_CaseStudy3_RealLifeExample_EN.jpg

These three case studies ask that you reflect on present and past responses or projects to see how the MERS could have been implemented for improved outcomes in market-based programming. These exercise and assignment sheets are useful aids during training sessions as they ask trainees to design program activities, approaches and responses to both real-life (Nepal earthquake) and simulated (Vasunda floods) humanitarian disasters.
